The Host country Ukraine has issued the Euro cup events printed coins specially for the occasion, the Euro cup 2012. The National bank of Ukraine, the only authorized bank for issuing the money has recently published a series of commemorative coins for the celebration of Euro cup 2012.
There are 12 various Euro event printed coins. Eleven of them are in the colour of gold, silver,nickel silver and a coin out of twelve with the face value of one hryvnia.
The coins are released on the basis of the agreement with UEFA. And the coins are licensed officially for UEFA Euro 2012. The National Bank of Ukraine produced 500 gold coins with the face value of 500 hryvnia.And the coins are made by enamels and weighing 500g.
